these chains helps you find music the same way it is made — through trust and human connection. Search an artist and the app grows an interactive graph of collaborators, bandmates, side projects, and scene neighbors, all sourced from MusicBrainz artist-to-artist relationships.

The thesis is simple: if you trust a band, you should be able to follow the people around them — openers, labelmates, writing credits, touring partners — instead of relying on recommendation feeds tuned for engagement. Discovery moves through connection, not market psychology.

Under the hood: a SvelteKit app with a D3 force graph, Redis-backed caching, Drizzle/Postgres for auth and search history, and a Playwright capture pipeline for graph screencaps and scripted video exports. The graph is explorable on desktop and mobile, with music embeds, extended search, and session history.
